Halloween Treats
Happy almost Halloween everyone! Today we have some treats to eat for a spooky fun menu. With the help of our nieces, Maleeya and Amaya we are making a few fun Halloween-themed dishes and want to wish you all a safe and Happy Halloween!
Jack-O-Lantern rice crispy treats!
This is good for little ones to help decorate and if you have older kids they can make the rice crispies on the stovetop or grownups. I also like the coloring element which if you have blue and yellow and red and yellow coloring they can play with the amounts to see how green and how orange they want their treats. If you don’t want to use food coloring you can just use the cookie cutter and cut out the shapes and decorate as you like. You can use this for any holiday and just change the cookie cutter and the decorations!
Mummy Dogs
Mummy dogs are hot dogs that are wrapped with crescent roll dough. Super simple and easy to make! You can use any kind of hot dog or sausage you like. Keep the crescent roll dough as cold as you can that will make it easier for you to roll.

Vegan/Veggie dogs
1 package crescent rolls or vegan puff pastry
1 egg scrambled for egg wash
1. open the crescent rolls or puff pastry and cut into long thin strips
2. wrap each hot dog or vegan sausage in the dough and bake on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper
